This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with LEWY for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will deliver without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law unless another timeframe has been expressly agreed.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Delays

Peak periods, carrier disruption, severe weather, customs checks or other events beyond reasonable control may cause delays. If a delay becomes significant, contact us so we can investigate and explain your available options.

Taxes and import charges

Prices and checkout charges will be shown before you place the order. Customers will not be asked by LEWY to pay undisclosed charges. If a carrier contacts you unexpectedly for payment, contact us before paying.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment begins, and you may be responsible for reasonable additional costs caused by incorrect information where permitted by law.

Lost or damaged parcels

Email info@lewyfashion.com with your order number. Risk remains with LEWY until the goods are delivered to you or to a person you identified to receive them.
