Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of lewyfashion.com and purchases from LEWY. LEWY is a business established in the Netherlands, VAT ID NL005244915B15, serving customers across the United Kingdom. Contact: info@lewyfashion.com.

Using the website

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. You must not interfere with the website, misuse its content or attempt unauthorised access.

Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care with descriptions, colours and sizing, but displays can vary. Images are illustrative. Please check product details and the size guide before ordering.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may reject or cancel an order for genuine reasons such as unavailability, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to deliver, and will refund amounts paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and applicable charges are displayed before checkout. Payment must be authorised using an available checkout method.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Your mandatory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The website content, branding, text, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to LEWY and may not be commercially copied or reused without permission.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, LEWY is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses incurred by consumers.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use. The terms in force when your order was placed apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, but UK customers retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws applicable where they live. You may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
